What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Technical details sent with a form: your IP address, browser type, the time you sent it, and how you arrived at the site (for example a search engine or an advertising link). We use these to fight spam and to understand which of our listings bring enquiries.
The “Take the bat” game on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you do in it is sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare any quote, traffic control plan or application you ask for.
- To keep the site’s forms free of spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated programs. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored in a secure database with our website hosting provider and sent to our office by email through SendGrid. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for our records.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by calling (02) 4423 5818 or using the form on our Contact page. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers how you first arrived at the site (in your own browser) so that an enquiry can show where it came from.
